hello, we used to enjoy the skating rink as an all-weather free skating, skateboarding, walking and limbering shade for youngsters, early morning joggers, the elderly Taichi enthusiasts, health/fitness buffs, the students and visitors,........ Now, it is a caged enclosure managed by private concessionaires....... it hosts a bump-car business, an arcade and an eatery....
