hellooo~ just a reminder that theres no meeting this week! club shall resume next monday. regarding shirts: the winning design was #3 (the one with the building) by Jenny Wang from block 6. were working to get a shirt mock-up done in a couple of days. after that, well also be opening up what could be considered pre-orders. those of you that bought the hoodies last year are familiar with this, but just in case you want a refresher: the way customink works (if youre not familiar with it) is that the more you buy, the cheaper each item costs (kind of like costco or smth lol, buying in bulk). the downside of this is that we have no idea of knowing how much it will all cost exactly until we actually get all the final numbers down. so the way this works is for about a week or so, if you know youre going to buy the shirt, you sign up on a list thing. at the end of the time period, we count how many people are committed to buying, and calculate the price from there. after that, well start accepting payment. you can still order and buy the shirts after that time period, but we will not lower the price any more (for example, say 40 people signed up and shirts cost $15 each from that estimate, but by the time weve collected all the money and stuff, shirts are down to $14 each because more people ordered) extra money will just go towards the korean club fund. so technically, it is cheaper if you order earlier! shirts are estimated to be between $10-15 depending on how many people buy it. if you want your name or something on the back, thats a flat rate of $4.50. if you have any questions, please feel free to leave a comment or message me! more detailed into will be up once we get everything settled and official.
