hey guys with me off from work today and tomorrow thought itd be nice to share some of the 4.19 patch info I found while perusing the internet. first off we have a few changes to Zilean, Janna, Singed, and Ryze as well as a large batch of brand new splash arts for quite a number of characters including: Veigar Udyr Singed Janna Rumble Shaco Zilean Wukong Tristana Talon Shen Kayle Ezreal Blitzcrank Ahri Jarvan Rengar On top of this we get to see previews of the new victorious morgana skin which will become available for those who are gold rank or higher as well as previews of the victorious wards of all tiers. In addition to this summoners rifts is going to be getting quite a few changes including new buffs to other camps other than red and blue. Dragon will no longer be dispersing gold upon its defeat, but instead shall grant permanent passive buffs and all of these become stronger the more dragons you slay. FInally to top It off Soraka is getting a new imperial skin (1350) Reaper Soraka. this doozy of a skin will be coming out shortly after 4.19 is patched into the live game.
