his is our sweet five-year-old toy poodle, Mei Mei. We have had her since she was a puppy, but unfortunately tests have confirmed that she is a major contributor to our sons asthma and allergies. She is very sweet and extremely smart. Weve only taught her to sit and stay, but she could pick up on anything you teach her very quickly. She is also paper trained and doesnt bark much. She is not super high energy and prefers the company of people over other dogs (although she gets along fine with dogs). She loves people so much and is great with kids and babies. She also enjoys scooter rides and will stay close to you off leash. In other words, a great city apartment dog for a family. She needs to be groomed regularly because shes a non-shedding dog, and she is a picky eater. She loves the raw diet, which is what we feed her (favorite food is chicken backs). Only bad habit is getting extremely excited over visitors and licking them a lot (so not the best guard dog, ha ha). She could learn not to do that quickly if someone would take the time to train her. Were sad to see her go.
