his is what we pay in taxes and charges here in Ireland: PAYE @ 20+% (lower rate of below €32,000 PA) and @41% (higher rate of above €32,000 PA) PRSI – over €1000 PA USC @ - over €1000 PA Property Tax – anything from €150 to €1000 PA Pension Levis VAT on everything @23% Motor Tax Tolls Waste Charges Education Health TV Licence - €160 PA We pay for everything twice and sometimes three times in Ireland. If this is what being part of Europe is supposed to mean then we need to get out of it as soon as possible and become an independent and self-sustaining nation once again, taking back our natural resources and to vote in real leaders of men and women with the balls to tell the Troica, EU and the IMF to go boil their heads and swing for the money they lost with their bogus gambling practices.
