how can you judge a zamadars in one year give them time,now you will say people have given them power of purification in Delhi,as i am a student of political science i have read the constitution, there is written in constitution a bill brought by the ruling government is not passed by the legislature requiring 2/3 majority at voting, is deemed to lost the confidence of house,& they have no moral right to rule so what wrong he did in resining at lest some body should understand the practicality of constitution
