FROM PRD-USA: Gear Plate Guard Announcement PRD International has determined a gear plate guard must be installed as a safety precaution to all PRD 125cc Fireball engines currently in the field. PRD-USA will issue the factory supplied guards to the engine owner free of charge. The new gear plate guard is easily installed between the chain guard and the engine. It is the opinion of PRD International and RLV/PRD-USA if gear plate failure occurs it could cause damage or injury. Possible failure may occur as a result of improper removal, improper installation or inadequate maintenance.
