https://facebook/middle.east.ethnic.music Nizamettin Ariç is a Kurdish musician who has made big additions to Kurdish Music.Especially known with firsts in his career Ariç; has brought a new perspective to the KurdishMusic with his album Kurdish Ballads and once more presented his ownmutational-innovational style. Ariç has become the mile stone for Kurdish Music.Nizamettin Ariç was born as a fourth child of a Kurdish family in 1956 in Ağrı. He had to move to Ankara 1971 because of economic difficulties of his family. Along with ahigh school, he has been a vocalist for Halk Evleri head quarter in Ankara and in 1976 hesang at Ankara Radio for a first time in his music career. After that he has made manyprograms at TRT (Turkish Radio TV-Turkish Broadcasting Channel) and mainly Taksimand Caddebostan Maksim Music Hall, he has sang at many others. After a concert in Ağrı at1979, he was arrested because of singing Kurdish kılamen dilan (love song). Although he was released in short time, his trial continued. After short stay in Damascus/Syria in 1981,he has moved to Germany/Berlin (West Germany) and seeked asylum in 1984. He tookClassical Western Music and Composition lessons from Hayrettin Akdemir and Proffesor Salonek. He released albums with a nick name ‘Feqiyê Teyra’.He has made numerous concert in several contries such as in Western and Eastern Europe, USA, Canada andAustralia.
