So much trust in ourselves to keep our bodies safe and strong as we move on our mats. Heck, even trust that others on the road will pay attention and not hit us as we drive to the studio before practice even starts! So much trust is shared every day and so many beautiful experiences can blossom from it. ...not to mention the strength and grace to make the movements in this video are a spectacle as well!
