I remember watching this live on TV when I was in 5th grade, the first time I had ever heard of the kid from the south side of Chicago who would later go on to become one of the top recruits in the country, and eventually an all-star and MVP in the NBA. Love the commentary towards the end of the video after his second dunk. [Opposing coach] has to call a timeout, because Derrick Rose has brought the entire crowd at the United Center to their feet! -This, a full 3 years before the commentator, Rose, or anyone else ever knew he would be suiting up in the United Center as an actual member of the Chicago Bulls. #DROSE
