Interesting movie about so widely discussed issue: culture vs biology, innate, genetic differences vs learnt, acquired. If culture: cultural expectations or even cultural pressure create differences in division of interests between men and women, between their occupations and choice of their jobs, then you would expect than the more egalitarian and gender equal country, the less differences between this division you would find. Meaning more male nurses (which is typically a women occupation) and more engineers (which is typically male occupation) should be expected. But the opposite is true. This is called a Norwegian paradox or equality paradox and is explored and questioned in this movie. The more freedom is given to people to choose their occupation the more they tend to choose either typically men or typically women jobs and interests. Statistically, of course.
