i leave no stars because I have yet to be installed or hear from at&t. I had an appointment confirmed to be connected for last wed only to hav no one show up nor call to let me know they had no intent on showing up. then I look in my email and see that I had to call to give more info in order to process my order. I was then told I would receive email to tell me when they would be out. has been one week and I still have not got email, nor phone call to tell me they still havent processed my order. I called again, was told that my order was in some other dept because the original dept system was down. rep told me there was nothing she could do to rush the order so all I could do is wait patiently on someone to call me. I would think 2weeks would have be patient enough. the only reason I am stressing is because at&t is the only provider in my area that provides internet. trust if I could go to anyone else to give my business I would. so now with that being said, just maybe someone can call me to let me know when or if someone will be coming to connect my service. order no. 212876153552948 priscella the fillin station
