i turned off my central air opened all my windows its a beautiful perfect day weather here in mt vernon illinois ! i hope midnight gets here fast so my hard working husband can relax and eat the barboqued ribs im cooking him !ill be having my vegtables and yogert im not going to stop trying to lose the extra pounds i gained being so sick i wasnt able to move much ! im better now and ready to fight back lol !!!!!!!
