i was just walking dogs and its so cold i lasted 3 minutes, i started to think how are the homeless doing in this weather. i grabbed my only two winter coats and headed downtown. thankfully most are indoors but on my way out of town i saw two camped out in front of the old montys. i pulled over and asked them if they were cold and needed a good winter coat. they looked to be just covered up in blankets. i hand over the jacket i was carrying and when i took the coat off i was wearing the gratitude and gratefullness the fella showed was enormous and genuine. i may be cold next time i walk the dogs in a hoodie but these two needed my coats more than i did. the joy and fulfillment i got from doing this in unexplainable!! my thoughts and prayers go out to anyone out there struggling in life in addiction or poverty. hope all is well with all my friends here on facebook
