im glad to see that Iolani is teaching its students the truth about Hawaiis history and i hope that they take the next logical step and bring to light the evidence that Hawaii has NEVER been a legal possession of the united states. they wont have to look any farther for evidence than the rice v cayetano supreme court case during which the u.s. state department requested a legal clarification from the u.s. department of justice concerning the legality of the u.s. claim of legal possession of Hawaii by annexation. the doj examined the evidence of the annexation treaty, the petition against annexation and the congressional veto of the annexation treaty during which one senator even stated that the annexation treaty was an attempt to do unlawfully that which can never be lawfully done meaning that the u.s. cannot legally annex a sovereign nation or foreign territory. after examining all of the evidence the doj stated that the u.s. never legally annexed Hawaii. this is clear and irrefutable evidence that the american government knows that it has never had legal possession of Hawaii which makes the presence of their military forces and federal agencies in Hawaii an unlawful occupation and also means that Hawaii has never been an american state because the u.s. congress has neither the constitutional authority nor the legal jurisdiction to make a state from a foreign country (Hawaii) so the statehood act is fraudulent and therefore unlawful. i hope that Kamehameha Schools is watching this and are embarrassed that it was Iolani and not Kamehameha that finally brought the truth to light. my alma mater should have NEVER taught its keiki the american lies and propaganda that Hawaii was a part of america and that we were american. its an insult to our beloved Pauahi. i remember that even as a first grader at Kamehameha i refused to say the pledge of allegiance before class every day because i knew instinctively that it was wrong. i would drop my hand from my heart to my stomach, move my lips but say no words and turn my head to look out the window rather than at THAT flag. #iiwk #imuaHawaii
