im gonna post again because i feel like what i wrote earlier didnt quite sum up how much this production has meant to me im not really one for being overly sentimental but... mainly i just wanna say thank you to Mark and Rosie for convincing me to audition in the first place. without that passing conversation in which you guys persuaded me to go and try out, i wouldnt have fallen in love with the music of west side story, performed in a way id never even dreamt of before, learnt a ridiculous amount about acting and singing (largely because of Douglas and Christopher ) or made friends with so many genuine, talented and lovely people who ive really grown to care about over the last 6 months, who in all likelihood i would have never even spoken to otherwise. thanks so much to everyone involved in the casting process for giving me such a great role that at the start of the year was completely ridiculous for me to play, but forced me to really really really act to an extent i didnt know i could and thanks to Liam and Sam and Angus and Callum and Doug and Rosie and Chris and Katy and Lydia and Lily and Holly and Flo (and literally everyone but especially those guys) for just being super lovely and friendly and welcoming, even though i didnt really know you guys at the start of the year, and for just making it the best experience ever. this has meant the world to me and its made my last year at john mason school the best year i couldve hoped for and im so grateful to you guys for it. (do i win the longest emotional post contest?)
