in spite of the generalisations our culture still loves, such as When women feel bad they want to talk about it, but when men feel bad they want to go into their caves and work on projects. Or, When women have problems, they just want to be listened to, but men want to give and get solutions. The fact is, the last generation may have behaved this way, although even that is not clear, but on the average gender differences have declined with each generation.
