increment of teachers pay is not the answer to salary controversy in the country, in case govt does it, will just be a tip of an iceberg, there fore, i think that Education sector in Uganda should be privatize and ministry only evaluate and monitor as a central body, because private teachers though their money is small, they are appreciating and most in govt have their children in private schools so do other govt employees in and outside parliament, Two wrongs will never make a right
