#instayogi5facts 5 Facts Few People Know About Me: 1. I’m about 78% introvert on the Meyer-Briggs Type Indicator, but I love teaching in front of groups of all sizes. It’s the small talk before and after class where I feel really socially awkward. 2. I spent my early childhood in Florida and went to preschool on Sanibel Island. 3. Licorice Allsorts. That’s really all I should say about that one… 4. The very first yoga class I took was from a viniyoga teacher. I didn’t discover that until three later when I was in my training at the American Viniyoga Institute and someone mentioned her name. At the time I took that class, Gary only had trained a handful of teachers. Pretty cool! 5. Nerd alert: I just found out that there is a board game based off the Firefly series and cant wait to play it! Fun!
