is it a crime to speak a local ghanaian language in a court or commission of enquiry?the way moses armah,the president of medeama s.c. and a member of the black stars management committee is a pale shadow of himself at the commission.he is struggling to construct basic sentences to put across his explanations and sentiments.his appearance i presume and suspect is in relation to his fracas or fisticuff with sulley during the world cup.he couldnt also say exactly what his role is/was as a management committee member.i see his appointment as a job for the boys or friendship appreciation.
