is proud and delighted to be married to the woman, Christine L. Sipula, who just won the Bloomington-Normal communitys major award for contributions to peace. This stems from her efforts more than a year ago to call the communitys attention to the severe deficit in care for the mentally ill. She had to fight with a community needs assessment group to even get it listed among the priorities. Today, just about every other days local newspaper carries a story about one impact or the other of this gap.
