just another SOLD home at Wendover South in Middle Sound... weve yet to pour the first foundation and already SOLD 5 of the last 9 homes... and oh yeh... keep an eye out for a whole bunch of red, white an blue RE/MAX signs around with the freehousevalues sign riders that allow home owners to get some idea of the range of their value... RE/MAX has an exclusive agreement with this system from Topsail to the SC state line and likely more areas in the near future.... I am super proud to say that we have for years and continue to lead the real estate world from little old Wilmington in providing new and innovative services for home sellers and buyers... others will copy us but by then we will have moved on.... our goal is to provide the most amazing service to our sellers, buyers, agents and staff so that we can maximize the experience of all our customers.... we will NEVER be a large mega agent company, simply because we only have agents that sell a significant number of homes per year in our company AND who are Energy Lifters... NOT just folks who have a license and hope they can sell a few homes per year.. no offense... but this is a business to us and its our cients life we are dealing with... and we take that very serious... and PS... we created, developed and OWN many of our system.... we intend to fail enough so that we can succeed enough to stay way ahead of the traditional industry of real estate...
