just had to post this We call it twilight or sunset instantly which corresponds to the disappearance of the upper edge of the Sun on a hypothetical horizon that is not considered the highlight of the real horizon or nearby obstacles (houses, trees), nor the presence of clouds or fog. The real decline in a given place can advance in several minutes if there are elevations of the land in the direction of the sunset, which can give place to the field to appreciate that the Sun has already, but that has not taken place the sunset in the astronomical sense that usually applies and which we have considered in our tables.
