The funds of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo are used exclusively to meet necessary expenses for its upkeep and operation and in furtherance of the exempt purpose of the organization. Company Overview Since 1932, the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo™ has committed more than $330 million to the youth of Texas. This Section 501(c)(3) charitable organization, supported by more than 28,000 volunteers, is the world’s largest livestock show and most innovative rodeo.
