.... just to get this right ! "FREE Software" does not mean that it has to be "gratis". It means, that the Software does not control nor have malicious features that restricts or spies on its users!! ..anybody that uses Apple products has fallen under the idea of an "evil genius". Why would anybody lay handcuffs on themselves? Limiting yourself to become subjected to an company who controls what you have, what you can and cant have and how you use it. ...if you do not understand what I mean: Why is it that you can only run MAC OS on an Mac? Even Windows from Microsoft will allow you to install it on a big variety of hardware. But yet you have to "hack" the MAC OS to run on an "simple" computer. Again even Microsoft will allow you to install a Windows copy on a MAC without having to "hack" the software. .... if you are thinking that "Well a Mac is not a PC" Then you are already hopeless and therefore this is way over your head! This is just on example. There are many more right in front of us all. How do you think these little commercial banners work that pop up with an product that you might actual need .... random? .. Oh hell no !! I do support the GNU. Although I do admit that it is very hard to not give up some privacy for convenience. But to blindly give it all up for the pure sake of convenience is just idiotic. Everybody should be aware what the devices are actual doing that you are using for your every day life. And the less you can do to control it, the more it has power over you. PEOPLE this is were the limitation of your FREEDOM starts!!! ...thank you
