l dont want 2 get in2 a heated comment session on this, although something did come up ystrdy which ld like 2 respond 2: apparently l want a big flash house 4 myself and 4 ppl 2 pay 4 it....this is far from the truth and l will explain a little of my thought process when l look at any building. 1. size 2. parking 4 disabled, 3 kitchens -already set-up, 4. general parking, 5. room for a garden, 6. room 4 camping area and fire pit, 7 proximity of the center of town and ease 2 get 2 place, 8. external building that cld be another kitchen, 9. excess 4 disabled and wheelchair ppl. 10. toilets and access 4 disabled, 11.ability 2 add more buildings, 12. price is a huge factor, so there are many things 2 look at and it isnt as easy as ppl sggst, there are so many things 1 has 2 look at... with the last place l was looking at it already had 2 wrking kitchens, 3 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms which 1 wld be used as a office and the other 4 as classrooms, the 2 lounges cld also be used as classrooms or seated area 4 eating, the garage/laundry cld be a media room and/or another classroom... yes l wld like 2 live on site 4 multiple reasons and they are as security and be there 4 ppl 2 have easy access 2 help if they needed (honestly l wld prefer 2 live in a shed although our govt dont like that idea)..... so this is some of the factors that have 2 be thought of with any property and its not about me, its all about the ppl that want and need help, it is a cooking school 4 all ages and all races, its 4 disabled and abled and its not a chef school although chefs are welcome 2 come along and will be welcome. its a place where we can work in with industry, a place where ppl can come and learn from who ever is in front of the class, the kitchen will be abled 2 be hired out 2 groups. l have also compared costs with options of renting, leasing and buying and honestly buying is the best option with the right place and less strt up costs.... so its not about me, its about the ppl, the ppl, the ppl. hopefully this has answered the thought process of some ppl and l know of 2 other chefs that l am showing these properties 2 and they agree with what l have planned, these ppl are tv chefs and business ppl and wld love 2 be able 2 do there businesss at the cost lm looking at 4 the Cooking School, they are looking at 1.5 mill at at strting point and they are leasing and refurbishing, which is at least another million on top and they will have way less room. so l hope this is beneficial 2 any Q of what l want 2 do.
