listening to some of Stuart Scotts friends/peers today pay loving tribute to their friend...I wanted to know more about Stuart. what warranted their love and admiration. I found this speech. I saw a brief glimpse of the man they are talking about. emotions appear. I too have a Stuart in my life that I have had the opportunity to walk beside this year as he has fought off and continues to fight off leukemia. I am honored to be a part of his journey. I am constantly awed and inspired by his courage and strength. and his progress! we have been in each others worlds for 36+ years. I am humbled. honored. thankful...that I have been side by side with Dave doing what I feel is very little as Dave does it all on this journey. enthused by the brighter days ahead. I know Dave, myself, his sweet family and great friends are most thankful. our lives and hearts tuned more towards what is really most important in all we do. heres to you Dave!
