The Plaza Hotel and Casino has a $10.00 resort fee that includes the following: complimentary use of self and valet parking, complimentary access to the fitness facility, complimentary use of the pool area, (2) complimentary bottles of water, complimentary in-guestroom internet access, complimentary local/800 number phone calls from the guest rooms, and a property coupon book. Hotel guarantees there will not be a lower room rate offered over these dates. Rollaway bed request will be $20.00 per day for the duration of the stay. RESERVATION CUT-OFF DATE The Plaza Hotel & Casino recognizes a cut-off date for all reservations. Any reservation request received after that time may be accepted on “space available” basis at the prevailing hotel rate. Your cut-off date is Wednesday, December 18, 2013. All guestrooms not reserved at the cut-off date will revert back to the hotel for re-sale. This cut-off date applies to VIP and staff reservations as well. Reservation requests must include names of guests, arrival dates, departure dates, and pairings for shared rooms and any special requests. VIP and staff rooms will be deducted from the Group’s total room allocation. All reservations are subject to a 48 hours cancellation policy. Reservations canceled within 48 hours to arrival, will be charged a no show fee of one night room and tax. METHOD OF RESERVATIONS CALL DIRECT It is agreed that individual reservations will be phoned made into the Hotel’s reservation department. The phone number is (800) 634-6575. Each individual is required to provide a credit card and one night’s room and tax deposit. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is made. Individual reservations must be received no later than Wednesday, December 18, 2013. After the cut-off date, any new reservation or date or other changes to an existing room reservation will be accepted based upon space and group rate availability.
