#maintenance #wordpress #troubleshooting Have you ever had a website that got stuck in Maintenance Mode right after you did a wordpress update of either a theme or plugin/s? The reason is usually because you navigate away from the page whilst waiting - but never mind that, the fact is you need to fix it! Good news - the answer is very simple, but yet another reason why you must ensure that you are given access to your hosting by your web hosting provider. You need to go to your Cpanel and find the maintenance.ini folder that is located within your public html folder (where all your website files area). Delete this and maintenance mode is gone! *Note: If you do not have CPanel - thats OK as you can also remove this file via FTP
