#malviyanagar #3BHK #hugeandspacious #goodlocation Hi all, I have found a very spacious, well-ventilated and a beautiful and cozy 3BHK in a nice colony in Malviya Nagar. It has a nice dining area and a seperate living room and has 5 ACs in all, one each in the dining area, living area and the three rooms. It is one the 1st floor and has a huge balcony at the front and another huge balcony at the back, connected to the rooms. And yes, the kitchen is extremely cool with barstools and stuff! :) The flat is newly renovated and very airy and is only 3-4 mins walk to the main market and about 10 mins from the metro station. I have found this house with great difficulty after looking at several places and its one of the best options one can find near the yellow line. I am looking for 2 other females to share the flat with and who are willing to move in asap, preferably by the 1st of this month. Since no one holds such a good property for long, I would like interested people to respond at the earliest before someone else takes over the place. The rent being asked by owners is 50k but we can negotiate and try to bring it down to 46-47k. And yes, I came across this place through a broker and have convinced him to charge brokerage for 15 days and not a month. I am attaching a few pictures of the place for you to get a sense of it.
