management wise, this is currently the most challenging team that i have ever handled...& the most challenging routine so far that we built...a living proof that skills alone cant be enough to win trophies..it must be coupled with unity, discipline, hardwork & faith...we may not have grabbed the top spot, but what we learned is more than the prize & the title..an experience which will serve as our motivation in upcoming feats...thank you madam Gerald Gzeh Gaceta for trusting me to take good care of these very diverse individuals..big thanks for the great support...along with the other coaching staff Jessie Barcoma II Jabs Umpar Shotz Hernandez...it was indeed a great pleasure..and to the team members, whether oldies or newbies, thank you too for listening, for the respect and everything..im looking forward to see some positive changes in terms of not only your skills, but most importantly, in your attitudes & personalities...by then, we all can say that we are not the same and that we are stronger than weve ever been...
