micahszabo . To Me Today at 10:45 AM I have heard of lawsuits, Sue, in fact, I am very familiar with them. You obviously arent so familiar with them or you would know that you dont have a leg to stand on. Id like to see what the Prosecuting Attorney would say about your complaints. Actually, I know what he would say. There was never a written contract for my services. There was only a verbal contract between you and I, and we only agreed that I would come to the reunion and shoot video and photo. You never even mentioned quality of photos and video, therefore, the quality of the photos and video is an arbitrary complaint. You never even mentioned a timeline for the product to be delivered, therefore, the delivery time of the product is an arbitrary complaint. You said the video would only need to be an hour. I was behind the camera for two hours. You said I would only be there for two hours total. I was there for over four hours, because you started over an hour later than you said you would, and I had to round up people like cattle while they were eating. So, sue away, Sue. Youve got nothing to sue over. I didnt force anyone to buy the photos or dvds. It was optional. And, concerning receipts for the orders, I had ONE person request a receipt while making a purchase, and guess what? Tryphina from the hotel went up and made her a receipt. And your request for everyones purchase information is unreasonable, and quite frankly, none of your business. Go to Walmart and request the receipts of the 50 people before you. Theyll laugh at you and call you nosey. Its all about perspective, Sue. My perspective is that I was extremely underpaid to be there in the first place (about $150), so I had to make the job worth my time to be there by lowering the quality of product enough to make a profit. Your perspective is that you got ripped off. Well, to that I would use the following analogy: Do you go to McDonalds drive thru, ask for a cheeseburger, give the guy a dollar and then come back inside complaining that you didnt want mustard, you wanted extra pickles, and you wanted the beef to be 100% grass-fed? NO. YOU DONT. You specify what you want before you get the product, and guess what? They will charge you more for that extra piece of meat. You will get charged more for cheese. It wont be a $150 sitting fee for that burger, it will be a $1200 sitting fee. Otherwise, you get what you get for the money you wanted to fork out. This wasnt a commercial for television with a budget that I could work with. This was an ultra-low budget reunion that wasnt worth my time in the end after the harrassment that Ive received from you and the guy you made call me. Next time, plan on paying at least ten times what you paid for the sitting fee, and youll get the quality you want from some other photographer. However, youll probably be charged double that if they can predict how overbearing you will be. Otherwise, expect low quality product when you pay low. After I send this email, I am blocking your email address, I have blacklisted your phone, and I appreciate you not harrassing me. All the rest of the product will be shipped out at my earliest convenience, and I am going ahead and including a few extra photos or dvds in your package
