my child just informed me that he has dention on Tuesday. I had to sign the paper. I told him next time he got dention that he was walking home. apparently he told the school I said this and they said they can make arrangements for him to do early detention. I said absolutely not. I told him I hope its cold and raining and maybe that will teach him a lesson. He will walk home and I will be in the car following him as he walks. I hope this teaches him!
