my contract was migrated on 11/03/2014 from top up 315s M2M to prepaid as per arrangement with my previous employers. I got an sms that only advised me of the migration & that I should rica my sim, as to the time frame I was not advised. But in two hours my sim was locked, I struggled the whole week onl to be illtreated by call centre & outlet staff like its m fault. Is this how ou treat loyal customers?
