no sleep last night. lost balance and fell out of wheelchair about 11. fell asleep about noon and woke upabout 6pm with a horrible migraine, thought it was gonna be er time, but got out of bed am sitting up and head is better. i just tried to lie back down, but whenever i lean to a side or lean over it is like i am dying. just have to sit in chair with head and shoulders up for now. will def be going to doc in the morn time for nubane shot and sleep
