not really feeling the vibe of the Band Aid 30 promotion, Im not against it fully and I dont think its as bad as its been reported, but its just not the same as the original. what strikes me most is that it doesnt feel authentic or organic. it watching this video, what is evident is the energy amongst the artists. (also, the quality of those included for the first is of a much higher caliber than 3/4 of those asked to participate in 30), but hats off to Midge, Bob and crew.... other than Bono and the previously mentioned Ure & Geldof, any others from the first in this line up? If I were organizing it, I would have made attempts to bring back all of the original line up.
