(not trying to be a bad player here just wanna clarify this) 1) Turn player activates Qliphort Scout from their hand into their pendulum zone. 2) Opponent responds to activation by playing Needlebug Nest to send 5 to grave. 3) 5 cards are sent, Needlebug Nest resolves. Can the opponent now activate a set Sinister Shadow Games as soon as Needlebug resolves before the turn player has the option to activate Qliphort Scouts -800 effect? Or would the turn player get the chance to activate Qliphort Scouts -800 effect before the opponent can activate Sinister Shadow Games since the turn player has priority? (an answer explaining yes/no that isnt the fast effect timing chart would be preferable)
