now i am certainly NO ina gray jones, but.....i am a very determination cave dweller....so i tried my best.....on the left......parmesan crusted chicken cutlets.....on the right.....cracked pepper grilled turkey breast ....and baked sweet potatoes with olive oil drizzle, fresh ground cinnamon and plain greek yogurt toppings ......had to treat myself and the little cave beasts after a spectacular plastic surgery surgeon appt today ....the dr said...you are amazing....i never saw a patient so determined with such a HUGE goal in mind.....hit the gym on the way home and crushed the legs ....got my ski boots refitted so the mountains are calling me....my surgeon just shook his head....you are crazy determined....now onward for bigger miracles....dinner at 10 pm at night ....priorities come first .....at the rob cave and foot cemetery .....with the BESTEST little cave beasts EVER....8 paws of unconditional love & affection.....!!!!
