oDesk just cancelled Drews account... so strange... that makes two of us with cancelled accounts. For mine, I set it up to do translation work, but never got very far, they cancelled it as a duplicate account (which I didnt fight, I figured they saw Drews acct and our IPs are the same, so they cancelled it). Then Drew hasnt used his in about a year and this summer they put him under review. He filled out the paperwork and a month later they just said, sorry youre out. When he inquired why, they said an internal audit revealed a high level of disputes or negative feedback or complaints. Hes had seven clients and has a 4.78/5 star rating. It also told him not to bother appealing. Thank god we dont actually use it that much, because imagine if that was our main source of income? How many clients complained after giving a 4 or 5 star review? A year later? SO STRANGE. Have you experienced anything like this?
