ok gang ... wanting a general conscience on what to do ... or what you would do. There is an older jar I have been wanting for a while. There is one on ebay now. The problem is it has some parts that are cold painted. Some of the paint is chipped off, of course. I have only seen a few of these and even though my OCD usually prohibits any kind of paint missing / chips in my life ... Im thinking I want it. So here is the dilemma ... once I get it, DO I PAINT IT? OR LEAVE IT IN ITS ORIGINAL STATE??? Will painting it kill the value? Not that I buy them for that, but it is a consideration. Opinions?
