okay- heres what im gonna do-- most of you who know me, know how much i was affected on this day 50 years ago- and i have vivid recollections of most of it- and flashback dreams of that day often-- but those are long and rambling- i will detail them in a note for any of yall who might be interested- but i would like some who may know to clarify some hazy parts-- does anybody remember how many and who all crammed in to curtis hays ford to go see the president and jackie that morning- curtis remembers me and barbara sosa- i can add judi rockman and my bro glenn- and (i think) becky farmer and libby hollis- there were at least 2 or 3 more- we saw them at cedar springs/turtle creek as they turned the corner- and it was wondrous- she was beautiful and he was shaking hands and smiling- and had those riveting blue eyes like everyone has noted- and was inches away- now who were the 2 girls who so fell under jacks spell they forgot to see what jackie was wearing???? that was the reason we raced downtown to get ahead of the procession- and found ourselves stuck in traffic on main 2 or 3 cars west of lamar when the shooting started-- who made that trip downtown- and who was at the hospital with me????? they are only blurred faces in my dreams-- and back at the school- we were there for hours- i remember judi- and janis freeman- and i think carolyn coakley- but there were others with whom i shared our communal misery-- my shirt was soaked with our shared tears- and i would like to remember each one of you-- much later i walked home with judi- and we were both physically and emotionally exhausted- i watched teevee coverage the next 3 or 4 days--if you can fill in any of my blank spots- please message me here- thanx- if any of you have the desire and patience to want to know more of my feelings- check my note titled NOVEMBER 22 1963-
