omg you will not belive this story ..We the lads decided to go for night maneuvers in the dark .... We had torches so set off for a stroll to see the highest tide. .... It was to be by the luck of it Fate .... We where talking and walking and finally got down to the slip way by beach the water was slapping the slip... To those who dont know its the way in to sea for boats ... Any way as we ate all standing there we are flashing torches around by chance and jb said Hey theres a red blanket over on the beach about forty yards down from us. ...... We decided to go investigate add by now the area is now covering the beach and still coming up the slip and the beach. .... There I saw a man in a sleeping bag with his feet in the sea i shouted to him but for no response.. so jb and I went over and found he was cold .... I shook him and shouted him ... Hey Mister get up you canot sleep here tide is in and rising. ... He stunk of ale but still no response the area is now coming up his legs Hey mate wake up I shouted.. he was out cold literally. ...again I shook him ...i tried to drag him up... dragged him and shook him up to wake up we where saying ...Get up. .. He was plasttered... He wanted to go back asleep lying back down again now getting wet again ... We started to get him up and took him up to camp site .. As we walked we had to hold him up .. then two young girls in pjs cane running over dad. ..Andy from wIrral was there dad .......fate took us out this night and Andy was a very lucky man .. If by chance we had not gone out or walked a different path you would of read it in the news in the morning. . . This is a true telling and am totally blow away ......
