GEJ, I hope you will set up some committees that will look into this compensation given to the decease so that someone somewhere will not hijack it and throw it to their family? Those in the hospital maybe lucky but they may still be deny if care is not taken. Set the committee now not when things has happened. Let there be announcement on media so that the family of those deceased will be aware of mr president offer. Lastly, what about other peoples they extract money from, what would be their reward? Are they going to collect their money back, or also be given consideration? It is very hard to get #1000.00 in this country now and the money should not go like that. Job well-done mr president.
