However , the benchmarks in this case is more common than it is . Anyone who is able to set out for Mecca with various existing facilities , then he shall pilgrimage and berumrah . If he is able to walk and carry things, or find someone else who can transport it , then he shall pilgrimage and berumrah . Similarly , if he can afford the cost of transport to use modern means of transportation such as boats, cars , and planes , then the obligatory Hajj and Umrah for him . If he has stock and vehicles for the pilgrimage , but was unable to find anyone who could keep the goods and his family , or he does not have the money to make a living at it to his family during his Hajj, then Hajj is not obligatory upon him because of masyaqqah . Similarly , if it turns out is a trip wire or a vulnerable point she feared the robbers , the taxes are very burdensome , or not enough time to get to Mecca , or he was not able to climb the various means of transportation that is due to illness or danger , then Hajj obligations fall from her and she was obliged to find someone to replace him on pilgrimage if he has the financial ability to it . If he does not have the financial means to that, then Hajj is not obligatory for him .
