#quickworkout for your whole body! Do 10 reps and repeat 4x. Start on your knees and do a tricep push-up. Keep your elbows in tight as you lower down. Then move onto your toes into a wide push-up (modify on knees if needed). Last, finish in a high plank position and alternate lifting your right and left leg and engage your glutes as you lift. Do each move for 10 reps and repeat the circuit 4x!
