s89.photobucket/user/taltarzac725/library I hope that librarians, victim/witness assistance groups, concerned lawyers, politicians, and others are looking at the various letters I have sent and received in my 224 613 Project to make practical information for survivors/victims of crimes more accessible. I have been working this pro bono project on-and-off since January of 1991 or so. I did not start using these numbers until mid 1993 after taking part in a 17 week study on stress on the unemployed at the University of California Health Sciences Campus under researcher/interviewer Myra Young. The 224 numbers are my birthday of 2-24 (1959) and the date of the murder of my then high school English teachers daughter Michelle Mitchell near the University of Nevada, Reno campus. I had started looking for practical materials in libraries to help fellow Earl Wooster High School students cope with this investigation which had not been solved until 2-24-1979. The Michelle Mitchell murder investigation is now connected to a series of murders in the San Francisco Bay area of five young women in January through April of 1976. The Gypsy Hills murders are used to describe these killings.
