since national coffee day is tomorrow, i thought id post a recipe that is pretty easy to put together for your celebrations! i made a truffled bacon popcorn. i tried to pop my own popcorn, but that turned into a huge mess and i almost set my kitchen on fire, so i just used popcorn that you microwave. add a little bit of butter, bacon, truffle salt and finely grated parmesan cheese and you are ready to go. use the truffle salt sparingly, about 1/8 teaspoon per cup of popcorn. pairs perfectly with this years anniversary blend, and is a twist on plain buttered popcorn. plus it has bacon ;) have f un and post pictures of your tastings tomorrow!!!!
