so heres an facepalm day for ya: im supposed to go to soldier of the month board and there were supposed to be mock boards and MOI(criteria) put out before hand. one of my ncos knew this and was tracking that i was going this month. not only did i never get the MOI, he didnt tell me about the mock boards(even after they happened) and the board is tommorow. so i missed two mock boards and no way im ready to go tomorow. the lucky break? my platoon sargeant said im going next month. hopefully he actually keeps me informed. i cant get the whole nco creed down yet but i KNOW theres a part about that somewhere.
