so roger is not well today ,he has pneumonia in his left lung -the one they collapsed in surgery on friday, when I arrived this morning with his mum he had low oxygen sats 86 / 87% on 4 litres oxygen so put on mask at 6 litres oxygen increased to 92%, grumpy and irritable and sleepy for about 1 hour until not hypoxic any more, then dosed up with a ton of iv antibiotics so vomiting and nausea, by time we left at 7 he was finally looking better and thanks to nicotine patch at about 2 pm more settled in the smokes situation :(
