some interesting info from Kez of APD Kezza : ok this is another way to communicate with spirits , as the light reflection from a torch and water can show images of spirits in water as water is a main source for spirits , so i used a pot , water, torch, and video camera , and my k2 and voice recorder, also wiggling my fingers in the water , I filmed for 15 seconds , then i used a programme to put the video into frame images which i had over 500 images to go through, a friend of mine who is also a physical medium also does this , and the results are like wow amazing, a lot of mediums use this too so i thought why not give it ago as i have spirits coming and going all the time, and i know i have a male here lol... i will do some more research so i can enplane it more , also writing does appear doing this i think it would be like automatic writing.
